Scotcheroos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. white Karo syrup
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. peanut butter
    6 c. Rice Krispies
    6 oz. chocolate chips
    6 oz. butterscotch chips
Preparation
    In microwave, bring sugar and syrup just to a boil. Remove and stir in peanut butter. Add Rice Krispies. Spread in a 9 x 13-inch cake pan (lightly buttered).
    Melt together the chocolate chips and butterscotch chips.
    (If melted in microwave, watch carefully. Takes about 2 to 3 minutes depending on your microwave.)
    Spread on top.
