Shrimp Sea Island - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. cooked shrimp, deveined
    1 pt. olive oil
    1 Tbsp. capers
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    10 medium onions, sliced
    dash of Tabasco sauce
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except onions and shrimp.
    Layer shrimp and onions in casserole dish.
    Pour marinade over layers and cover.
    Refrigerate for 12 hours.
    Serve ice cold.
