Tropical Dream Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
3 eggs
1 c. crushed pineapple
2 c. flour
1 c. whole wheat flour
2 c. diced bananas
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Beat sugar and oil together.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each.
Add pineapple (undrained) and vanilla.
Mix dry ingredients and blend into batter.
Stir in bananas.
Turn into greased and floured tube pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes. Cool in pan for 10 minutes.
