Crock-Pot Barbecue - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 4 lb. pork loin or any roast
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. salt
1 c. vinegar
1/4 to 1/2 c. catsup
6 to 8 Tbsp. meat broth
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. Texas Pete
hot sauce to taste
Preparation
-
Put ingredients in crock-pot.
Cook until well done.
Drain and remove any bones.
Cut into small pieces. Season with last 4 ingredients.
