Tomato Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 c. tomato puree
    1 c. water
    2 c. bread cubes, crust removed
    1/2 c. butter, melted
Preparation
    Combine brown sugar, tomato puree and water.
    Cook 5 minutes. While tomato mixture is cooking, put bread cubes in casserole and pour melted butter over them.
    Pour on hot tomato mixture.
    Do not stir.
    Bake 50 minutes in 325\u00b0 oven.
