Chicken-Cabbage Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
1 small head cabbage, cut in wedges
1 medium onion, sliced and separated into rings
2 Tbsp. water
2 tsp. granular chicken bouillon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. black pepper
Preparation

Arrange cabbage wedges in deep 3-quart baking dish.
Top with half the onion rings and water.
Sprinkle with 1 teaspoon of bouillon, 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg and 1/8 teaspoon of pepper.
Place chicken breast on top and add remaining onion rings.
Sprinkle with remaining bouillon, nutmeg and pepper. Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Remove cover and adjust oven to 375\u00b0 and bake for 15 minutes more or until chicken is brown and fork-tender.
