Frijoles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. dried pinto beans
    water
    1 lb. bacon
    fresh jalapenos, chopped (optional)
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 tomatoes, chopped
    1 bunch fresh cilantro, chopped
Preparation
    Cook beans in water until done.
    Cut bacon into small pieces and fry with onion until done.
    Add bacon, onion, tomatoes, cilantro and jalapenos (optional) to beans and cook 15 more minutes.
