Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. shortening
    4 sq. unsweetened baking chocolate
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Melt shortening and chocolate together in saucepan over very low heat.
    Remove from heat.
    Add sugars, eggs and vanilla; mix well.
    Add blended dry ingredients and nuts to chocolate mixture, mixing well.
    Spread in well-greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
