Pecan Sandies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. butter
1/4 c. powdered sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 Tbsp. water
2 c. sifted flour
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Cream butter and powdered sugar.
Add vanilla and water.
Add flour.
Mix well and add pecans.
Form small rolls 1 1/2 inches long.
Bake on ungreased cookie sheet in slow oven (300\u00b0) for 20 minutes or until delicately brown.
While hot, roll in powdered sugar.
Makes 3 dozen.
