Strawberry Loaf Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
2 1/2 c sugar
4 eggs
1 1/4 c. Crisco oil
2 c. fresh or frozen strawberries
1 c. chopped nuts

Preparation

Combine sugar, oil and eggs until mixed well.
Add soda, salt and cinnamon and continue mixing.
Now add flour, fruit and nuts. Pour in greased loaf pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 minutes or until done.
