Baked Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium size head of cabbage
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. grated cheese
    1 1/2 c. hot milk
    1 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Cut cabbage in wedges 3/4-inch thick.
    Cook in salt water for 10 minutes.
    Drain and place cabbage in a greased casserole. Sprinkle with flour, salt and pepper.
    Dot with butter.
    Add hot milk and top with grated cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
