Barbecue Beef Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 to 4 lb.) beef roast (a chuck roast is a good choice)
    3/4 c. catsup
    3/4 c. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. paprika
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cook roast in crock-pot 7 to 8 hours.
    Do not add any seasonings to roast while cooking.
    Chop roast.
    Mix all ingredients for sauce and bring to a boil.
    Simmer 15 to 20 minutes.
    Add to chopped roast and heat thoroughly.
    Serve with hamburger buns.
    Makes 8 sandwiches.
