Salmon Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (14 1/2 oz.) can salmon
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    6 crackers, crushed
    1 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
    1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Drain salmon; flake.
    Combine ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Form into 4 or 5 patties.
    Pan-fry in a small amount of vegetable oil until lightly browned on both sides.
