Dried Sweet Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 gal. corn
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. cream
    1/4 scant c. salt
Preparation
    Mix all in a kettle; heat for about 30 minutes.
    Keep stirring to prevent burning.
    Put on a dryer, or it can be fried in the oven for several hours on a cookie sheet with oven on very lowest temperature until dry.
