Raw Broccoli Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bunch fresh broccoli or may substitute cauliflower
    1/2 to 2/3 c. chopped stuffed olives
    4 chopped, hard-boiled eggs
    1 small onion, minced
    1/4 c. sweet pickle relish
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1/2 to 2/3 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Wash broccoli and cut flowerets into bite size pieces.
    Save the stalks and cook for another dish or soup.
    Drain thoroughly. Place broccoli in a large bowl.
    Add olives, eggs, onion, relish, lemon juice and enough mayonnaise to bind salad together.
    Chill. The salad is better made the night before serving.
    Yield:
    8 servings.
