Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 1/2 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. white vinegar
    2 1/2 c. Crisco
    2 tsp. salt
    1 egg, slightly beaten
Preparation
    Mix flour and salt and cut in Crisco as for pie dough.
    Beat egg in cup; add enough water to make 1 cup of liquid, also add vinegar to cup.
    Then add egg to flour mixture.
    Dough will be soft and sticky.
    Make 4 or 5 balls and put in freezer to use as needed or can be used immediately.
    Chill for 20 to 25 minutes, then roll out and bake.
