Broccoli Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large chicken or 6 to 8 thighs
2 pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli*
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. mild Cheddar cheese, cubed
bread crumbs
Preparation

Boil chicken until it comes off bones easily.
Cool and debone.
Cook broccoli as directed on package, then drain.
Spread over bottom of large casserole dish.
Place chicken over broccoli and season with salt or pepper.
