Waldorf Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 red Delicious apples, cored and diced
    1 c. diced celery
    1/4 c. dark raisins
    2 Tbsp. plus 2 tsp. reduced calorie mayonnaise
Preparation
    In small mixing bowl, sprinkle lemon juice over apples and toss lightly to combine.
    Add celery, raisins and mayonnaise and mix until thoroughly coated.
    Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until chilled, about 30 minutes.
