Southern Stuffed Bell Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 x 12-inch) pan cooked cornbread
    1 (16 oz.) can Niblet corn, drained
    1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes, chopped
    1 (16 oz.) can English peas
    6 large bell peppers, cored and parboiled
    6 strips bacon
    1 1/2 lb. canned ham, cut into 1-inch squares
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Crumble cornbread into large mixing bowl.
    Add corn, tomatoes and peas.
    Mix evenly until moist.
    Add ham and mix.
    Stuff mixture into bell peppers and place in large baking dish.
    Spoon excess stuffing around peppers and place 1 strip bacon on top of each pepper.
    Bake for 40 minutes.
