Meatball Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/4 c. bread crumbs
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    1 egg, beaten slightly
    dash of pepper
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. water
    cooked noodles
Preparation
    Mix thoroughly the beef, bread crumbs, onion, egg and seasoning.
    Shape into 16 meatballs.
    In skillet, brown meatballs; pour off fat.
    Stir in soup, sour cream and water.
    Cover; cook over low heat for 20 minutes, stirring now and then.
    Serve with noodles.
    Makes about 4 cups.
