Deviled Eggs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 eggs
1/4 c. hot dog relish
3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. salt
shredded carrots (optional)
Preparation

Boil the eggs for about 45 minutes and then pour off the hot water and immediately cover them with cold water to stop the cooking of the eggs.
(Never boil an egg rapidly.)
Cut in half lengthwise.
Remove egg yolks and mash; blend with the relish, mayonnaise and salt.
Spoon into egg whites and chill.
If you like, add the carrots.
