Baked Acorn Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium size squash
    honey
    butter
    nutmeg
    cinnamon
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Pierce squash a few times and cook in microwave for 5 minutes on High (or until squash is slightly softened).
    Remove and let cool until you can handle without burning hands.
    Cut squash lengthwise in half and scrape out seeds.
    Put 2 to 3 pats butter on each piece; drizzle well with honey and sprinkle with a little cinnamon and nutmeg.
    Place both halves in shallow baking dish, skin side down.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
    Serves 2.
