Rice And Steak Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. round steak
    2 Tbsp. fat
    1 1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can water
    2 small cans mushrooms
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/2 c. uncooked rice
    2 small onions, chopped
Preparation
    Cut steak bite size, roll in seasoned flour and brown.
    Add celery and onions; brown lightly.
    Place in 3-quart casserole. Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
