Creamy Corn Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. fresh or frozen corn
    3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1/4 c. sugar
    3/4 tsp. salt
    4 eggs
    1 c. milk (evaporated)
    4 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Mix sugar, flour and salt together.
    Add to beaten eggs.
    Stir in corn, milk and melted butter. Pour into buttered 2-quart casserole. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, uncovered.
    Yields 6 to 8 servings.
