Dinner Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. yeast
    7 to 7 1/2 c. flour
    2 c. milk
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. margarine
    2 tsp. salt
    2 beaten eggs
Preparation
    In a large bowl, mix 3 cups flour and yeast. Scald milk.
    To milk, add the margarine, salt and sugar. Cool to about 130\u00b0.
    Add liquid
    to flour-yeast mixture.
    Mix well.
    Add eggs.
    Mix in enough flour to make a soft dough.
    Knead 8 minutes.
    Place in greased bowl and cover with plastic wrap.
    Let rise until double. Shape and let rise until double.
    Bake at 375\u00b0.
