Mexican Manicotti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 small can refried beans
    1 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. cumin
    1 pkg. manicotti shells
    1 1/4 c. water
    1 (8 oz.) sour cream
    1 (16 oz.) picante sauce
    green onion, chopped
    2 c. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Combine cooked and seasoned (with salt and pepper) hamburger, beans, oregano and cumin.
    Mix well.
    Fill uncooked shells with meat mixture.
    Arrange in large 8 1/2 x 11-inch baking dish. Combine water and picante sauce.
    Pour over shells.
    Cover with vented plastic wrap.
    Microwave for 10 minutes, giving dish a 1/2 turn once.
    Using tongs, turn shells over.
    Microwave, covered, 17 to 19 minutes, until shells are tender.
    Top with cheese and melt. Spoon sour cream down middle.
    Sprinkle green onions on top of sour cream.
