Grandma'S Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    1/4 tsp. rosemary
    1/4 tsp. basil
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    small can mushrooms
    1/4 c. sherry
    juice of 1 lemon
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 chicken, cut up
    salt and pepper
    paprika
Preparation
    Melt butter and next 7 ingredients in saucepan.
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Skin chicken and sprinkle with salt, pepper and paprika. Pour sauce over chicken and cover pan with foil.
    Cook 1 hour and 15 minutes.
    Last 20 minutes in oven, take off foil so chicken can brown.
    Serve with rice.
