Nutty Flavored Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple in natural juice
    3/4 c. shredded carrots
    3/4 c. chopped celery
    1 c. chopped pears (unpeeled)
    1/4 c. raisins
    1/3 c. plain low-fat yogurt
    2 Tbsp. low-fat peanut butter
    1/4 tsp. ginger
Preparation
    Drain pineapple, but save one tablespoon.
    In large mixing bowl, combine pineapple, carrot, celery, pears and raisins.
    In another bowl mix yogurt, peanut butter, ginger and one tablespoon pineapple juice.
    Stir yogurt mixture into fruit, making sure to coat all fruit.
    Cover and chill.
    Makes 6 servings.
