Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1 to 1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 (No. 2 1/2) can sauerkraut, drained
    1 c. diced green peppers
    1 c. diced red peppers
    1/4 c. diced onion
    1 c. diced celery
Preparation
    Boil vinegar, sugar, salt and sauerkraut juice for 2 minutes. Combine remaining.
    Pour hot dressing over mixture; cool. Refrigerate.
    Yields 8 servings.
