Saddle Venison - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. venison
garlic clove
butter
1/4 tsp. thyme
Preparation
-
Have venison at room temperature.
Rub with garlic.
Amply cover with butter and sprinkle with thyme.
Roast at 450\u00b0, uncovered, for 15 minutes.
Rub with more butter.
Roast for an additional 15 minutes at 400\u00b0.
