Hash Brown Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. bag hash brown potatoes (frozen)
1 c. sour cream
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. onion (optional)
1 c. cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 c. corn flakes crumbs
1/2 c. butter, melted
Preparation

Mix first five ingredients together and pour into a buttered casserole dish.
Sprinkle on top: corn flakes crumbs and melted butter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
