Pinto Bean Pie(Tastes Like Pecan Pie) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. pinto beans
    2 eggs (for low-fat use egg whites)
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. coconut
    1 stick butter (for low-fat use nonfat margarine)
    1 1/2 c. sugar (could use NutraSweet)
Preparation
    Combine and mix all ingredients and pour into an unbaked pie shell.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
