Gloria'S Horseradish Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. heavy cream
1 Tbsp. horseradish
1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/4 tsp. salt
pinch of cayenne pepper
1 Tbsp. wine vinegar

Preparation

Whip cream.
Add all other ingredients.
Chill in refrigerator, then serve.
Serves 4.
Great with prime rib or steak!!
