Strawberry-Banana Fruit Shake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. frozen strawberries
1 frozen banana (cut up in 1/2 inch pieces)
1 c. milk (skim or whole)
1 Tbsp. diet strawberry preserves
2 pkg. Equal Sweetener
Preparation

Turn on blender and drop frozen strawberries, one at a time. Next, drop in banana pieces.
Stop blender and scrape with spatula.
Add milk, preserves and sweetener and blend.
Makes 2 (16 oz.) shakes.
Approximately 150 calories.
