Baked Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. raw beef cubes
    chunks of carrots, potatoes, onion and celery
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce or 1 can beef bouillon
    1 can water
    1 tsp. sugar
    2 tsp. tapioca
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Arrange beef cubes in single layer; do not brown.
    Place vegetables on top, then sauce, water and sugar.
    Scatter tapioca over top and seal with foil.
    May either bake 1 1/2 hours at 325\u00b0 or 8 to 10 hours at 200\u00b0.
