Diabetic Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pkg. Equal
    1/4 c. honey (instead of Eagle Brand milk)
    4 c. fruit, diced
    2 Tbsp. vanilla
    6 c. evaporated milk (place in freezer until icy) *
    4 eggs
Preparation
    *Lesser amount of evaporated milk may be used with whipped cream of equal portion.
