Green Chile Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. rice, cooked
    2 (8 oz.) cartons sour cream
    1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese
    1/2 lb. Monterey Jack cheese
    2 cans green chiles (small)
    salt
    pepper
    onions (optional)
Preparation
    Mix rice, sour cream, salt and pepper to taste (add onions, if you like).
    Add half to Pam sprayed casserole.
    Top with grated Monterey Jack cheese.
    Cover with diced green chiles, then add layer of grated cheese, Cheddar, then add rice, sour cream, Monterey Jack cheese and chiles.
    Bake uncovered 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
