Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. chunked zucchini
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. shredded carrots
    1 pkg. cornbread stuffing mix
    1/2 c. melted margarine
Preparation
    Cook zucchini, carrots, onions (saute 5 minutes).
    Drain, combine soup and sour cream and add vegetables.
    Combine stuffing mix and margarine.
    Spread 1/2 mix on bottom of pan.
    Add vegetable mix and then spread remaining stuffing mix on top.
    Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
