Bisquick Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Bisquick
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. curry powder
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1 frying chicken, cut up
Preparation
    Line a 9 x 13-inch pan with foil.
    Spread oil over bottom of pan.
    Place dry ingredients in a plastic bag.
    Shake chicken parts and place skin side down in pan.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes. Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake 40 minutes.
    Turn chicken halfway through baking.
