Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. unsifted flour
    3/4 c. sugar
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. butter
    1 egg, beaten
    1 c. milk
    2 c. blueberries
Preparation
    Sift flour, sugar, baking powder and salt together.
    Beat egg with milk and add all at once to flour mixture.
    Stir with a fork just until all is moist (lumpy is okay).
    Add berries and stir quickly.
    Fill well-greased muffin tins half full.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Makes about 20 muffins.
    Freeze well.
