Frosted Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 can golden mushroom soup
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. water
    mashed potatoes
    1 egg
    1 to 2 Tbsp. meat drippings
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. small bread cubes
Preparation
    Mix meat, 1/2 cup soup, bread, onion, egg, salt and pepper. Shape into loaf; place in shallow baking pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Frost loaf with mashed potatoes.
    Bake 15 minutes more. Blend remaining soup, water and drippings.
    Heat.
    Pour over meat and potatoes or serve in a bowl.
