Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. pumpkin
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ginger and 1 tsp. cinnamon or 2 tsp. of pumpkin spice
1 1/2 Tbsp. all purpose flour
2 eggs slightly beaten
1 1/4 c. evaporated milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix all ingredients. Pour into a uncooked pie shell and bake for 15 minutes at 425.
Reduce heat to 350 and bake for an additional 40 to 50 minutes.
