Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frozen hash browns (southern style)
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    2 c. sour cream
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. chopped onion
Preparation
    Spread potatoes in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Let thaw.
    Mix other ingredients together and pour over potatoes.
    May be topped with buttered crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Serves 10 people.
