Dumplings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cold mashed potatoes
2 eggs
1 c. fine bread crumbs
1/2 c. flour
pinch of salt (1/8 tsp.)
1 small onion, minced
small amount of minced parsley (can be omitted)
Preparation

Beat the eggs well.
Fry bread crumbs in butter.
Add eggs, crumbs, flour, salt, onion and parsley (if using) to the mashed potatoes.
Drop into boiling salt water and cook for 20 minutes.
