Chicken And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. boneless chicken breasts
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    2 to 4 stalks celery, sliced thin
    1 c. milk
    2 c. uncooked rice
    salt and pepper or Molly McButter
Preparation
    Spray large casserole dish with no-stick spray.
    Mix soup, rice, celery and milk in baking dish.
    Layer chicken breasts (skin side up) on top of mixture.
    Season to taste.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Uncover the last 1/2 hour.
