Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans (16 oz.) drained carrots, sliced
    1 medium onion, sliced
    1 stick butter or oleo
    1 lb. box Velveeta cheese
    2 tsp. sugar
    Ritz crackers (1 pkg.)
Preparation
    Layer carrots and onion in casserole dish.
    Melt cheese and butter; pour over carrots.
    Crush Ritz crackers and put on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
