Mississippi Rice Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. cool, cooked rice
1/2 c. finely chopped onions
1/2 c. sweet pickles
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 (2 oz.) can diced pimentos
4 hard-coked eggs, chopped
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
