Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1 can crushed pineapple with juice
    2 c. chopped banana
    1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    5 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. oil
Preparation
    Grease tube pan lightly.
    Preheat to 350\u00b0.
    Sift flour, salt, soda and cinnamon.
    Add sugar, then eggs and oil.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Stir, but do not beat or use mixer.
    Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes.
