Green Beans With Almonds - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 (14.5 oz.) cans green beans, drained and rinsed
    2 cubes beef bouillon
    2 c. water
    1/2 c. corn oil
    1/4 c. chopped onions (optional)
    salt and pepper to taste
    3/4 c. sliced or slivered almonds, toasted
Preparation
    In a large pan, combine beans, bouillon cubes, water, oil and onions.
    Bring to a boil on the stove and cook on low heat for 1 hour.
    Season to taste with salt and pepper.
    Add almonds during last 15 minutes of cooking or use almonds as a garnish when served.
    Yield:
    8 to 12 servings.
