Georgia Pecan Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 3/4 cake flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    4 tsp. nutmeg
    1 stick butter
    2 c. brown sugar
    6 eggs
    2 c. pecans, floured
    1 1/2 raisins, floured
    1 c. orange juice (frozen concentrate best)
Preparation
    Cream butter, eggs and sugar.
    Add flour, baking powder and nutmeg.
    Gradually add orange juice, floured raisins and pecans. Mix until well blended.
    Bake in greased and floured tube pan at 275 degrees for 2 hours.
